No Internet Access
A common issue that can occur when attempting to access the internet is no internet access,
this can occur when the network in which the computer is connected to is weak or is not
configured properly. To fix this issue you should attempt to access a different network,
disconnect then reconnect again or turn the access point (Router) off and on again. If this
does not solve the issue, then it is recommended to contact the internet provider.
Non-Delivery of Email
When attempting to send an email to a colleague, employer or for personal reasons, there
are various factors which can render that email unsendable. One factor may be that you
have entered the recipients email address incorrectly, this is easily fixable by redoing the
email address. Another factor is if the email contains some form of malware that could harm
someone’s computer, although this is not always detectable. Lastly, the email may have
failed to send if your internet access is disconnected or interrupted. The majority of these
issues are fixable by attempting to send the email again and removing anything that may be
preventing you from doing so.
