Warm Up The warm up will start with a physical warm up where there’s 3 lines of cones 10 minutes
Activities: spaced out 10 metres apart from each other, with 5 players in each line standing in
a queue. Then I will instruct them on what type of movement they have to
complete to stretch off their different muscles, they go from the first cone to the
last cone completing the movement and go back to the beginning completing a
different movement that I set, in what is a repeated cycle. For example, on the first
go they will simply jog through to the 3rd cone and back to the beginning, then
they will do a ‘kick through’ movement to the last cone and jog to the beginning
etc. To follow on with the warm up, I will set them a technical warm up that
consists of an individual small rectangle, for each group, 5 in total, that I will set up
using cones to mark out the space that they are allowed to use, with players split
into 5 groups of 4. In this warm up, there will be players wearing 2 green bibs and
2 players wearing red bibs, one green bib and one red bib player will stand on the
opposite ends of the rectangle, with the green player having a football to play into
his team mate (the other green bib player) who then has to dribble past his
opponent (red bib player) and play it to the red bib player on the outside, this will
score the green team a point, however if the player red player wins the ball or gets
it out the marked out rectangle, the red team receive a point. After that, the two
