Have difficulty getting motivated
Am reluctant to initially start a piece of work.

Find it difficult to find the right words to use.
Find it difficult to multitask.
Have difficulty focusing back on a piece of work once
distracted.
In order to overcome my first weakness, I must identify what causes me to get demotivated or what
prevents me from getting motivated in the first place. I will then adjust my behaviour accordingly in
an attempt to get as motivated as possible. Resources I can use to help increase my motivation
include videos and books which I can use to inspire me and hopefully get the most out of me. This
weakness has in the past hindered my progress and stopped me from getting work done, so
hopefully by overcoming it I can improve myself overall.
Secondly, I find that I am quite often reluctant to initially start a piece of work. This is usually because
I cannot find the words to start or am unable to comprehend how the work should be set out. To
overcome this weakness, I should work on diminishing my fear of wrongly completing a piece of
work, this will give me the confidence to ask for help whilst I am in the process of doing a piece of
work, allowing me to complete it correctly the first time. Also, I should take more time on analysing a
piece of work and determining what it asks from me before I start, this will give me better insight as
to what is required for that piece of work. This weakness also links into my previous weakness as I
cannot get motivated to start a piece of work.
As well as having difficulty starting a piece of work, I also have trouble whilst I am midway through a
piece of work, this is because I get distracted very easily, whether it be by my phone or the people
around me. in order to overcome this i could very easily plug in my earphones to help ignore the
people around me, although this does make it more likely for me to be distracted by my phone. This
weakness means that sometimes it may take me a while to finish a piece of work, even if it is fairly
simple and easy, so it is very important i identify how to tackle this weakness. A method i could use
