out the jobs in an organisation
Employees’ skill is needed because they give quality to the organisation. By this I mean that
business’s always look for the employees with the best skills to fill their vacancies. They are
identified and differentiated by others by the qualifications or experience that they have.

Definitions

Skills set- a skill set is a person’s range of skills. Having a range of skills is an advantage
because it enables you to do multiple things and make you more flexible.

Skill acquisition – a specific way of learning, for example training. It is also a specific way of
doing something. if you are trained to make cakes in a certain way that is how they should
