The targets that I would like to meet are SMART targets as they are specifically for the career that I

my way I am to completing them and when I have achieved the targets completely. All the targets that I
have set for myself are achievable for me as I have made them reasonable and set a clear plan that I
need to follow to be able to achieve them. All of the targets are relevant for the career that I want to go
