Title: Developing teams in business
Teacher: Marry

Introduction
In this assignment I will evaluate the team's overall effectiveness in meeting its objectives, making
recommendations for improvements.

Communication:
In my group the communication inside the team was extremely effective as everyone listened to
each other points of views and we as a whole reflected in them; all of us within the got to know each
other and asked each other questions in order to assemble a bond. Our communication was
exceptionally powerful which implies that it permitted all the team members to speak up and share
their point of views, everybody within the team felt comfortable, because my team had good
communication were able to discuss things through for example if we had an argument our
communication helped us to sort it out very quickly. On the off chance that our group did not have
good communication it would have lead us to be confused and fail to work as a team in paint ball,
however since we had great communication we were able to understand each other and this
allowed us to complete our task successfully.

Planning:
planning easy was very easy even though we did not have enough time to do the
planning effectively, my teachers gave us basic instructions such as start to do your research, we
discussed the roles then the team leader gave everyone’s roles and then we started to think about
our what tactic we should do when paintballing. we made sure that everyone in the team knew
what they were supposed to do, for example their role even though we didn’t have enough time we
were still able to meet the deadline, On the off chance that our team did not have a good plan then
everybody within the teams been confused and not know what to do which could’ve of caused as to
get shoot numerous amount of times.

Commitment:
As a team we were all extremely committed, which means we were all dedicated to meet our
objectives, if as a team we weren’t not dedicated this could of cause absence of focus which means
some members of the team might end up missing vital points, for instance on the off chance that
some members were not focusing then there will be a high risk of them of them doing something
incorrectly which could delay the entire teams objective, however our dedication helped us to
accomplish our objective furthermore play our roles very effectively.

Creating equity:
In my team everybody was given an equal opportunities, for instance we all agreed on who was
going to the leader also we gave each other the same measure of undertaking, and we additionally
ensured that we could adapt to them. At one point I was lost about what I was expected to do and
my group leader broke it down for me which enabled me to understand job roles better and
afterward I was fully aware of what I was required to do; as a team everyone shared their point of
views and thoughts, we ensured that nobody was left out and everyone’s feelings was valued. On
the off chance that my team did not have equal rights this could cause conflict and have many
arguments and possibly could cause team members to lose interested and leave the team which
cause the team to break down as we won’t have enough members to carry out each role. So by
having equal rights for everybody in the team will make everybody feel appreciated for instance if a
