D1 Evaluate the influence different stakeholders exert in one organisation

Mercedes-Benz

Business Report

In business, a stakeholder is usually an investor in your company whose actions
determine the outcome of your business decisions. They can also be your
employees, who have a stake in your company’s success and incentive for your
products to succeed. Customers are also key stakeholders. Businesses that ignore
the concerns of customers find themselves losing sales to rivals.
In a way all stakeholders that are part of a business have equal influences because
each has a certain aim that directly affects the outcome of Mercedes-Benz in this
case. It is hard to determine which stakeholder is the most important because each
has their own importance, however most say that Owners of a business have the
most influence because without the right resources, the business won’t be as
successful as they should. Owners have a big say in how the aims of the business
are decided because they want to make sure that their investments are being used
in return of a successful product/service therefore creating profit.

Rank of Stakeholders

Each stakeholder has their own importance and influence to the business of Mercedes-Benz
however this is my order of important with the last one being the most important of them
all.
