ODEON
Overview
ODEON is a cinema that is present in UK, it was
organised in 1930 and from that time it becomes
world-famous because the Leicester Cinema
hosted more than 700 biggest Europe premiers
and for this, it is the largest and the best cinema
of Ireland and UK. ODEON cinema has been
developed extremely and won customer heart
they made them to come again and again in the
cinema because the organisation gives their best possible. (odeon.co.uk, 2019)
Physical resources
The physical resources are where the activities happen that keep ODEON cinema secured
and the safest, and the different activities can take place to make sure that the organisation
is secured and safest, and they could be the different things that makes the organisation
secured. The physical resources are building, equipment, machinery, facilities, material,
plant & machinery, waste, stock, IT equipment.
Buildings
The buildings of the ODEON cinema are designed to
attract people and they are also seen as a tourist place
where they can enjoy watching movies. The building of
ODEON attracts its customers from outside, however
they are also designed from inside to make more
attractive towards the customers and therefore they
like to visit a cinema-like ODEON. They have
outstanding screens and the seats that are there for the
most comfort of the customers and therefore families
and every single customer can enjoy
watching the movies. The buildings are
checked regularly they hire a company that is
specialist in the work of the building so they
will follow their procedures to find out about
the buildings in which state are they, and
therefore makes them the best for the customer's security and their comfort to provide the
services, the regional facilities manager has the responsibilities such as to maintain the
buildings and look at the new construction of the ODEON cinemas (Caterer.com , n.d.). They

and that makes them content and the seat are well organised and the one that provides the
best comfort and there are some of the ODEON cinemas that provide the best seats and the
one that can also form a bed. The buildings have the CCTV camera for more security of the
customers. If the building gets damaged or something then they will get repaired in a limit
of time, however, the reputation of the cinema will be a bit lower, because the customers
will not trust the cinema because they would fear the consequences of what can happen
again. In the cinema building, there are also the bathrooms and other facilities provided,
such as there are other places that are like fast food and costa like things provided so there
are different things for that.

ODEON has the perfect screens, they are the huge screen fitted onto the walls so that the
audience can watch the movies in high resolution and the huge screen able the audience to
watch it even from far away and therefore they
can see even if they are seating on the last row.
The cinema gets their screen checked regularly
and then they have the ODEON team that
includes also technicians that can secure an
excellent view of the movie. ODEON has another
specialty of making the comfortable seating area
so that the audience can seat comfortably and
watch their movie, they provide the best seats
with much more legroom so that the audience is
going to be comfortable. The cinema hosts and
the staff that work there they are the one that oversee keeping cleaning the seats and make
sure that the audience feels cleaned and the right atmosphere for them. The other
equipment that they have is the sound system that makes the audience to hear the sound,
they have the new technology sound system and that is managed by the staff so that the
audience is able to hear the voice equally and a perfect sound as possible, and the
technicians of ODEON cinema are the ones that monitor the sound system so that if there
happens anything they are the one who check and make sure that the audience is able to
see their movie. If the equipment gets damaged, then the cinema will order new ones
where they manufacture the proper equipment for ODEON cinema.

cinema uses, and it is used for the customer's
use and this make them to be able to see what
movies are on the day and they can buy them
as they want. The machines make easier for
