 Worked effectively and gave good contribution to support our ideas and
develop potential suggestions with excellent sense of creativity

 Very cooperative and performs tasks effectively to progress


The things you could improve are:

 Should show more enthusiasm and engage other members to bring a sense
of team spirit

The things you did well were:

 Worked well with numbers and profit estimations and was thus responsible for
the finance

 Briefed members who were absent on issues that were discussed to move on
at a steady pace


The things you could improve are:

 Make an effort to encourage and motivate other members to be supportive in
the tasks
 Next time, besides updating team members, encourage them to actually
attend the meetings to save time and effort
