• The risk in business increase, when business grows with their geographical areas.
Nevertheless risk and challenges are part of any business. If any organization wish
to survive in this competition era than they have to face challenges and maintain
their organisation.
• Tesco is biggest supermarket chain in the U.K. it has more than 1700 stores in the
U.K alone and has about 2318 stores in the whole world. Being well-known brand
and established business both: in domestic and world’s market involves Tesco
experiencing many different competitive factors.
, SWOT
• SWOT – analysis of the companies Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities
and Threats. This procedure helps to uncover many sides of business, which
you probably have not noticed before.
• The main advantages of conducting a SWOT analysis is that it has little or
no cost - anyone who understands your business can perform a SWOT
analysis. The second most important part of the SWOT analysis tells you
what actions you should consider to improve the performance of your
business.
