Rissa’s Pizza parlour.

Objectives are the pinnacle of success to any business. Marketing objectives are
goals set by business when promoting its product or services to potential
consumers that should be achieved within a given time frame. Meeting these
objectives is pivotal if not met it slows down the business as there is tension of
objectives not being met.

As shown by the marketing research via questionnaires, different objectives
should be set to allow Rissa’s Pizza to stop losing money and should start making
more then they put into the business.

One objective that should be a priority of any restaurant is to keep their food
fresh and as show in the survey 80% of customers want the pizza toppings to be
fresher this should be a priority customers should not need to tell a restaurant to
keep their food fresh as this does breech the health and safety act and if the
food is not fresh anything could happen and the business is putting not only
themselves at risk but also its customers by offering food that is not fresh. So an
objective must be that pizza toppings need to be fresh.

Another objective should be to have more of a variety on children’s pizza as 78%
of customers want more children’s pizzas this shows that the business clearly
does not provide a variety of children’s pizza and that is poor because families
especially parents will only come to a place to eat if there is a variety for their
children to choose from and there is not a variety at this Pizza place.so one more
objective should be to offer a variety of children’s pizzas. Children’s pizza will be
a key attraction as more children will want to come and buy from the restaurant
which will result in more parents coming in to buy.

And finally one more objective should be to keep the restaurant open for longer
and have longer opening hours as 71% of the customers said that the restaurant
needs to be open longer this is key as some customers may want to eat at late
night and the restaurant may be closed so the restaurant simply must be open
for longer hours.
