2.1 pilot study
Before collecting the fieldwork in Shepherd's Bush and Holland Park, I conducted a pilot
study. The study was conducted on November 21st 2021. Data was collected at three
locations. Consequently, the questions posed in the questionnaire and interviews were
more appropriate. It also provided me with an opportunity to improve my study. After
completing the pilot study, I amended some of the questionnaire questions, as I realised
that some of the questions were less suitable to the title and purpose of the study.
