AC2.1: compare campaigns for change

Example for preview page:
Comparison 1 - Purpose of campaign - Sarah’s law VS Clare’s law.
A similarity between Sarah’s law and Clare’s law is that the main
purpose of both campaigns was to make a change in policy. In the case
of Sarah’s law the campaign wanted to introduce a new policy which
allows anyone to ask the police if someone who has access to their child
has been convicted or suspected of a child sexual o ence. The scheme
became the Child Sex O ender Disclosure Scheme 2008. Similarly Clare’s
law campaign wanted to introduce a new policy which gave people the
right to ask if their partner has any records of domestic abuse. The
Clare’s Law scheme was put into place in 2014.
