Computer problems: the hardware need to have a back up system that can be
used in case of main system failure.
Computer problems: Software has to be regularly backup copies of data
repeatedly. Also anti-virus software needs to be protected against virus attack.
Delivery problems: Drivers unable to locate delivery address.
Website out of date: Item prices, descriptions, out of stock items. Need to check
on a daily basis. Update as soon as items are unavailable.
Payment Fraud: Payment with stolen cards. Need to be spotted because the
person won’t be able to receive payment from the Card Company. Information
that needs to be collected which uses services such as Verified by visa.
Order errors: Quantities, missing contact/delivery details/accidental repeat
orders. Website design should overcome most. Train staff to spot errors. Ensure
they know what to do.
