Dear employees today I am writing to inform you lot about the resent problems
that have been occurring.
Problem number 1:
The first problem is that there have been young gang members hanging around
the entrance of our fast food restaurant McDonalds, Customers have complained
to the manager and other staff members saying how they feel intimidated when
they walk past them and they fear for their kids.
How to solve the problem:
Hire one security guard
Or have a police officer around the restaurant just in case anything
happens
Get a staff member to go to the entrance and tell them to move
Fine them if they hang around after restrictions
Problem number 2:
The second problem is that there is litter being thrown inside and just outside the
fast food restaurant, complaints have been given by customers to some of our
staff members saying that the restaurant is not very hygienic and is really messy.
We have to also make sure the restaurant is clean just in case the restaurant
inspector makes a visit and gives our restaurant a bad name.
How to solve the problem:
Put more bins inside and outside the restaurant
Make at least one staff member go outside and clean up the mess every 1
hour
Put posters up saying if any litter is dropped on the floor, they will be fined
Make a member of staff to clean the inside of the restaurant every 30
minutes
To all my employees
I am writing to inform you about the next business meeting which has been
moved to this week Friday due the recent complaints and problems that’s been
occurring. These problems that’s occurring has affected the number of
customers coming in our restaurant and also started to affect the profit coming
into the business. The reason why the restaurant has started to face these
problems is because customers have started to not feel safe no more due to
reasons such as:
Students miss behaving
People living letter around
Intimidation
First of all I’ve come up with a few idea on ways to solve these problems. To
make sure customers don’t Intimidated we could get security guards to insure
