, Executive summary

This business report will detail the marketing plan for
Dog Walking Service, as well as the legal and financial
factors that will impact the firm's start-up.

The financial and marketing plans for the company will
next be examined in this business report. It will evaluate
and justify the entire plan for a micro-business. Finally,
the last part will reflect on the given pitch by analysing
audience feedback and viability issues.

Financial and non-financial aims

Financial aims - The most essential thing for our company is to increase brand
recognition, brand loyalty, and expand, which includes diversification, which will
include new services such as grooming. One approach for increasing brand
recognition is to develop a blog where potential clients can read about what we do,
why we are superior, and which areas we specialise in. Customers will feel more
connected to the firm if it maintains a blog, and they may even recommend our brand
to their friends and relatives. The blog will finish with photographs of our dog walkers
with puppies. Photographs of customers' dogs will be taken with their permission.
Furthermore, as a company, we would like to grow and diversify over time.
Expansion and diversification will allow us to expand our services and provide pet
sitting and grooming services. This will make our customers' lives easier because
they will no longer have to hunt for a pet sitter or a groomer separately. All of the
aforementioned factors result in increased profit for the company. As a consequence
of the growth, our company will generate significantly more money than if we merely
provided dog walking services. However, in order to expand the firm, a loan would be
required. On the other hand, paying it back will not be an issue because this
business will be profitable because there is a need for dog walking services and
other dog services in the Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge area.

Non-financial aims - As a friendly company, we care about our workers' and
customers' satisfaction, as well as the environment. When it comes to our
employees, we as a company will give more training that will contribute to our
expansion (pet sitting and grooming service), which will have a significant influence
