Event diary
Friday 13th (14:30)
Zak and dan walked round the college telling people about the event and giving them a
poster
(14:30)
Set up the stage and was shown how to use all equipment
(15:00)
Dan was sent down to the shop to get food and drinks for the event
(15:20)
Dan put the food and drinks out
(15:30)
All equipment was tested and was making sure that everything was working and all sound
good
(15:50)
Everything was checked to see if there was any hazards that could cause harm like wire or
spills
(16:00-16;30)
The event started with leticia announcing the contestant and elisha on the controls for the
speaker and mic
(16:10- 16:50)
Zac and christian walking around gathering and getting people who are watching the show
and asking them to fill out a feedback form so we can review it later
(16:20-16:30)
We had a break for people to ask if they can see and to allow everyone to have a drink
(16:30 -16:50)
Leticia announced more contestants allowing them to sing
(16:50-17:00)
We all cleaned up any mess that was made and made sure that everything was put away or
was in a safe place

We went home
