Hamlet | AO5: Critical Material
Hamlet | AO5: Critical Material
In this booklet
o There are critical material pieces (AO5) with buzzwords of key things each critic has said in their articles (which would take ages to read
normally) – I have condensed them.
o There is also a box of what theme and question that the critic links to – which you could use in your real exam.
Some revision tasks, you could do with these:
Look at the critic, support it with some evidence (AO2), but then also critique it somehow… for example: “I would go a step further than
…. And suggest that it does have certain elements of …. Or that Hamlet/Ophelia are … because of … in the play”
Active recall – blank blurting to remember all the critics
Good Luck everyone!
