Harvard Referencing - cite them right

When to cite and reference - facts, quotes (make clear it is a quotation), ideas (even if
paraphrased)

When not to cite and reference - when it’s common knowledge, never cite something you haven’t
read

Citing - Author/editor (Surname) and year published eg. (Gordon, 2011) OR “According to Smith
(1985)…

Use “;” if there is more than one citation by the author - use after year published to separate
quotes.
