Nando’s uses various of ways to promote their self for example, one
of their main source of promotion is through their website where
they have a restaurant locator where customers type in their
postcode or town and it will display a restaurant near them.
Due to the new Covid-19 rules
Nando’s has been able to adapt to
this current situation by announcing
that they are doing deliveries. This
new type of service is now
consistently promoted through top
delivery companies such as
deliveroo as well as their social
media’s and company website. This
now attracts different type of
consumers that depend on delivery
service especially during this
COVID-19 period.
Nando’s also uses their website to
promote online as they have links to
their social media’s which makes it
easier for consumers to keep in
contact with them and their updated
menus. Adding to this, the social
media links are also used to attracted
new customers ie.e tourist ,
customers coming to areas where
Nando’s is available to them or
consumers that want try Nando’s for
the first but needs more persuasion.

Nando’s is a perfect example when it comes to building a one to one
relationship with consumers as they have various of social media’s
as well as a strong and impactful social media presence. This allows

media comment section, where the organisation is able to reply
back to their customers.
