6. Conclusion
Just to go over some housekeeping, I am a trainee solicitor here at PP. My supervisor, David
Jones, is a senior associate and he will be conducting your case and will have overall supervision.
If you choose to instruct us, my hourly rates are £140 + VAT @ 20% and David’s are £200 + VAT
@ 20%. Any out of pocket expenses such as courier fees are added to the bill as disbursements.
Hopefully you won’t have any problems but if you do please speak with me. Failing that you can
speak to David. Our firm also has a complaints procedure which I will set out in the client care
letter.
So, regarding next steps, I will send over the letter in the next couple of days confirming all the
info and advice we’ve gone over today. If you could discuss our meeting with X and let us know
by the end of the week whether or not you would like to instruct us. If you would like to go
ahead, please send over the [docs/info] as soon as you can, and then I will be able to look into
the issues in more detail over the next couple of weeks.
In the meantime, if you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Other than that it’s been great to speak with you and I look forward to working with you if you so
choose.
