THE CARTOGRAPHY OF HUMAN ORGANIZATION
PUBLICATION STATUS & USE
A study object, not a diagnostic instrument.
PURPOSE
This manual teaches a public learning layer of AXISTASE: how to distinguish structural conditions before
turning them into claims about a person, group or system.
SCIENTIFIC STATUS
The fixed geometry and naming are model conventions. Human-domain operationalisation and measurement
remain developmental research tasks. This manual does not establish psychometric, clinical, biological or
universal predictive validity.
PERSONAL STUDY
Readers may use the material for their own study, reflection and ordinary discussion. The map is a prompt for
observation and comparison, not a licence to diagnose, classify or score people.
PROFESSIONAL IMPLEMENTATION
Paid assessment, commercial training, consultancy, productisation, software embedding, training transfer and
controlled implementation require the applicable licence or separate written permission where protected
AXISTASE materials are used.
INDEPENDENT STUDY
There is no accreditation claim here. Completion means that the learner can preserve frame, evidence,
alternatives, correction and return more rigorously than at the start.

HOW TO USE THIS COURSE
One manual, one workbook, repeated return.
STUDY SEQUENCE
Read the manual in order on the first pass. Use the Practice & Mapping Workbook immediately after each concept rather than
waiting until the end.
ONE BOUNDED CASE
Choose one recurring situation and carry it through several exercises. Reusing the same case makes changes in frame, evidence
and interpretation easier to notice.
UNKNOWN IS ALLOWED
A blank, UNKNOWN or NOT ESTABLISHED entry is often more accurate than a forced AXISTASE term. This course rewards
disciplined refusal as much as recognition.
COURSE SCOPE
This is an introductory public learning layer for human-organization cartography. It is not full training in Research Guard
execution, Projective View activation, scoring, diagnosis or professional implementation.
When confused: return to the source, reduce the claim, separate the frame and name what evidence is still missing.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
What a careful learner should be able to do.
FRAME
Define system, target, scale, context and time window before interpretation.
SOURCE / INFERENCE
Keep observable source facts separate from explanation, motive and identity claims.
LENS / FUNCTION
Use practical lenses without silently converting ordinary words into canonical functions.
RELATION
Require both poles and relation evidence before treating a counterpolar diameter as empirically supported.
ALTERNATIVES
Preserve competing origins and state what observation would discriminate them.
RETURN
Design a correction or return question capable of changing the preferred map.
BOUNDARY
Know when Core, Projective View, State or stronger measurement language should remain unestablished.
