MODEL REFUSAL
CONDITION
The

Two concederates were used in the mode refusal condition-
one was the same crom the baseline. The second was posing
as a participant and was the same gender as the actual
pantapant. (Female -white caucasian cemale in her 20s, male - white
Caucasian male in his 30s, used

The draw was
nigged so the actual ept was assigned the
role of teacher 2 and
the confederate was teacher 1.
Both watched the leame~
being strapped to the electrodes
and both were
given the real sample electric shock.
