The Common Treatments Used For Different Sports Injuries

Introduction
I will be designing a rehabilitation programme for two clients with two different types of
injuries, one of them being an ankle sprain and the other one being a grade 2 pulled
hamstring. Rehabilitation is the process of restoring a person's physical functionality to a
normal state. Many specialists will help with sports injury rehabilitation such as, GP’s,
physiotherapists, medical specialists, and nutritionists.
