Name a time you were disrespect? - Answer- When I worked at Panera Bread there
was a man that got mad at me because I put a bagel in the bagel cutter and it flew out
on to the floor. He made a comment about how I didn't know how to do my job. I didn't
take it personality, I got him his food and explained to him how I was new. That my boss
did say that the bagel cutter was old and does what it wants. He understood and
apologized for his comment.
What do you say to someone that wants to sit with their family?(seat dispute) among
two passengers? - Answer- If they had tickets I would guide the passengers to their
right seats. If not I would try my best to fulfill their request and see if another passengers
is willing to swap seats. If that's not possible see if they can sit In the same aisle at
least.
What previous sales experience do you have? - Answer- I have sales experience at my
current job I properly inform customers on products ensuring that their satisfied while
boosting sales by up selling products.
At Victoria Secret I achieved sales goals in a team selling environment. Assisted
customers with selecting store merchandise.
Tell about a time when you had to break a rule at your job? - Answer- At beauty one I
felt like I was going to faint on the floor. So I ate a protein bar that was in my pocket. I
just let my boss know afterward and she understood.
Tell about a time you had a lot of Professional Extra Curricular Activities? - Answer- In
high school I had a lot of professional extra curricular activities. I was finishing up my art
pro folio.Helping a design class with their drawings for clothing as well. In dance class
after school and keeping my grades.
How do up sell something? - Answer- I up sell a product by knowing a customers needs
and interests. So I can inform them on products that actually benefit them. For example
when selling a skin care item at work.I ask about their current skincare routine. I show
them items that they need to upgrade or that their missing.
What was the worst mistake you've done at work, what did you do to correct it. -
Answer- I had to make a bagel pack order for Panera Bread. I mixed the orders up so
, one lady didn't receive enough. So I just called and apologized and asked the manager
to give them some free bagels when they come back.
If you had to choose to fly anywhere with any body? Where and who would you pick? -
Answer- If I could fly anywhere I would fly to Venice with my grandma. She always
wanted to go there. Its beautiful and the building structure is impressive because it's
built on water.
Why are you the best candidate? - Answer- I'm the best candidate because I am a
compassionate person who cares and really listen to the needs of others. Always
looking for ways to help people and make them smile.Which will allow me to create the

Answer- At the beauty my coworker was trying to take this girls tips that she didn't like. I
explained to her how she earned that money and it was wrong and how she needed to
stop. I told her if she does it I have no choice but to tell the manager.

orientated person that always looks for ways to help people in general. I have good
communication skills that will help me speak clearly and listen to passengers and crew
members. I am used to analyzing situations and remaining calm during stressful

would start by being an hour early before flight to check emergency equipment and
attend the briefing with the caption. Than I would help passengers board the flight by
helping with baggage.Taking proper care of special needs passengers and children.
