I have been working for a computer serve, this is a PC company as an IT technician. My
manager is interested in expanding into the administration and support of IT market giving
outsourced IT support to businesses. She has asked me to examine what might be involved.
I must write a report for my manager in which I evaluate the support and oversight needs
and qualities. This includes the nature and what it's about, safe working, practise job type
and the technologies and infrastructures tools used for a minimum of 2 organisations.
The company should run IT infrastructure which are completely different in the nature a
good example would be the specific number or skill rank of the users might be different. The
way they give IT support should be different
For instance, one might offer support internally while the other moves it. I should also think
about potential enhancements and present evidence for my recommendations. For
instance, creating online training materials could be beneficial in situations where a
