Identify known disease:
Table 9.1 = most important table of disease which are being a risk for heart disease.
Healthy Blood pressure = 120(systolic)/80(diastolic)
Above 140/90 > High Blood Pressure
LDL > bad cholesterol > Want to hold LOW
HDL > good cholesterol > Want to hold HIGH
, *No Smoking is correct when it is 6 months ago
*Impaired fasting glucose > Nuchtere maag
Myocardial infarction (myo-spier cardial-hart) > Hartinfarct >> Risk factor
In the exam you got a casus where disease involved. You have to recognize them. HDL
is the only negative risk.
Awareness of factor influencing Body Composition
Age: Body fat changes throughout life
Gender: Female have greater % body fat
Ethnicity: Asians or Hindus
Regional: National, international variation

a. Some quantity other than fat measured (example DEXA)
3. Level III (double indirect)
a. Skinfold thickness/Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA)

i. Body hydration
ii. Bone density
