of risk assessments, internal inspection reports, consultation arrangements, health and

and members of the safety committee using the appropriate audit question set.

❖ The first draft of the audit report will be sent to management and the safety committee for
comment.
❖ Where necessary, points of issue and accuracy will be discussed with management and
