Dear sir van Horen,
Herewith you receive our quotation for delivery and installation of your freezer house.
As discussed in our previous communication per e-mail I’ve decided for a cascade CO2, A2L system.
After your approval I started working with the package of requirements.
The freezer house is set outside. The amount of ice introduced per day is 40.000 kg.
Input is in charges per hour per 24 hours. The bring in temperature is -15°C.
The product should be -26°C within 5 days after bring in. The temperature of the room is -28°C.
The storage is built on 40 storage days.
The packaging, waxed cardboard, consists of cups with a diameter of 65mm and a height of 50mm.
The packaging boxes (600x500x65mm) are stacked on Euro pallets of 1200x1000x150mm. The
maximum height of the pallet is 10 boxes.
Calculations are done with a maximum ambient temperature of +32°C.
The maximum noise level on the property boundary, approximately 8 meters from the engine room,
is 55 dB(A) during the day and 40 dB(A) at night.
The maximum capacity of the room must be able to store 40.000kg for 40 days = 1.600.000kg of
yogurt ice cream.
Weight per pallet is; 106 * 63 * 40 = 267,120 grams = 267.12 kg per pallet
1,600,000 kg / 267.12 kg = 5990 pallets.
Dimensions of full pallets; 1200 * 1000 * (650+150) 800mm
The cold store is L-shaped with dimensions: 72 x 60 x 7 meters, according the drawing in PVB page 6.
