Then ask for every Casus at the beginning after introducing yourself:
( when drinking alcohol: ) Please close the lid and put the bottle out of sight.
( when sharing out flyers: ) Please, take the flyers out of sight.
( when begging: ) please, stop begging.
( dumping rubbish: ) Please throw the rubbish in the bin.
Wait till the offender (overtreder) has done what you ask then you will play the casus!
