of trains and buses).
PM system
The goals of the PM system are: fulfilling the expectations of the clients with which the company has
a contract with, it serves as a confirmation for the employees about their good performance and in
the case of bad performance it is a tool for improvement. There are 2 types of PM systems.
Type 1: PM system for the employees who drive a transport
These employees have standard KPIs, such as: not driving away too early / too late, number of
driving accidents, compliments / complaints from travelers and how economically they drive etc.
These KPIs are displayed on a dashboard, where employees can observe their own performance.
When there are specific problems, the KPI will turn red on the dashboard. The dashboard will be
reviewed every month with the supervisor in order to improve problems. Type 1 employees also
have a meeting with the supervisor once a year to see how the performance is.
Type 2: PM system for the office workers
These types of employees also have a number of standard KPIs. In addition to the standard KPIs,
these employees also have personal customized KPIs. Also a reward system is linked to the PM
system, whereby you can get bonuses if you achieve certain KPIs and annual salary increment. These
employees have a total of 3 meetings per year with their supervisor.
