CHARACTERISTICS OF PROJECTS - ANS-Has an established objective.
Has a defined life span with a beginning and an end.
Involves doing something never been done before or done but with a difference
(unique).
Has specific time, cost, and performance requirements (Constraints).
Typically requires across-the-organizational participation.
EXAMPLES OF PROJECTS - ANS-Developing a new product or service
Effecting a change in a structure, Staffing or style of an organization
Developing or acquiring a new or modified information system
Constructing a new building or infrastructure
Implementing a new business process or procedure
STAKEHOLDER - ANS-Stakeholders are individuals and organisations who are
actively involved in a project or whose interests may be positively or negatively affected
as a result of project execution or successful project completion.

5. plan the work and allocate the resources to the tasks

7. report progress to senior management and/or the project sponsor
8. close down the project when completed
9. review it to ensure the lessons are learnt and widely understood.
