• Effectiveness: describes the degree to which the management process has
contributed to the pre-established managerial goals.
• Efficiency: describes the proportion between resource input and management

How can you prepare for a company visit
• Read into the organization (website, linked-in, etc)
• Prepare questions
Sending an email:
• Subject: choose a professional and clear subject for the email
• Start: dear (first+last name) be aware of pronouns
• Introduction: first names + last names
• Reason for contacting them
• Possible date: ask for dates that suit them or suggest a date, be clear (date, time
etc)
• Thank the organization
