Vasoconstrictie
• Op de plek van de weefselschade is er een reflex; vasoconstrictie
Primaire hemostase
1. Trombocytadhesie
2. Vorm verandering trombocyt
3. Granule komt vrij (ADP, TXA2)
4. Recruitment
5. Aggregatie -> hemostastische plug
, Dysfunctie primaire hemostase
1. GpIIb-IIIa complex deficiëntie -> Glanzmann trombasthenia
2. GpIb deficiëntie -> Bernard-Soulier syndrome
3. Von Willebrand factor disfunctie -> von Willebrand disease
Secundaire hemostase
1. De cascade begint bij het Tissue factor (TF)
2. Fosfolipiden-coagulatie factor complex ontstaat na de stollingscasacade, waarbij
trombine activatie ontstaat
3. Fibrinopolymerisatie zorgt voor het stolsel
Testen
• De secundaire hemostase kan op drie plekken getest worden
◦ Activated partial tromboplastin time (aPPT)
◦ Prothombine tijd (PT)
