Hotel Klassi heeft een moeilijk jaar achter de rug. Het hotel heeft de beschikking over 150
hotelkamers en is 360 dagen per jaar geopend. De gemiddelde prijs per kamer per
overnachting bedraagt 100 euro. De gemiddelde bezettingsgraad is 60%. Over het jaar 2010
is het volgende resultaat behaald:
Omzet 3.240.000
Proportioneel variabele kosten 810.000
Constante kosten 2.531.250
3.341.250
Verlies 101.250
Gevraagd:
A: Bereken de variabele kosten per kamer (2p)
B: Bereken de Break-even-omzet (3p)
C: Bereken de werkelijke bezettingsgraad in percentage (5p)
Door genomen maatregelen zijn de constante kosten alsmede de variabele kosten per kamer
met 10% verminderd. Tevens gaat men uit van een bezettingsgraad van 75%, die bereikt
wordt door de gemiddelde kamerprijs te verlagen. Men wil een winst realiseren van 4% van
de jaarlijkse omzet.
