Introduction
A new software development business has hired me, and I’ve finished
my first project correctly. My boss has now asked me to examine the
project management procedure and assess its effectiveness.
It is my responsibility to write a report that analyses the project I recently
finished and assesses the efficacy of the project management techniques
and behaviours I used. It is also required of me to make suggestions for
enhancing the project management abilities and conduct in future
projects. Project management and software development procedures
should be consistently understood in my analysis.
