things. High openness is linked to
creativity and innovation, while low
Openness is important for roles requiring
openness reflects being more traditional
creativity & problem-solving
and cautious. For example, in a
campaign targeting youth entrepreneurs,
a Creative Diretor should be high in
openness to bring fresh ideas.
High Openness = Creative, curious, Low Openness = Practical, traditional,
