Capacity The maximum amount a company can produce.
Working at full capacity When the output = capacity
Overcapacity, excess capacity, spare There is more capacity than what is produced.

Overproduction When there are more things produced than the number of
people who want to buy it.
Surplus, glut There are too many things produced
