Concrete slab is reinforced in both directions
- Can choose the secondary and primary beam
- Normally longest span as primary
Secundary beam:
qd,beam = To simplify choose 1m as the distance carrying per beam forming the whole slab
(possible because monolithic slab)
= qd, slab * 1m (in kN/m)
Resultant?
- In field (between the supports) = qd, beam * span (in kN)
- In console (uitkragend) = qd, beam * span (in kN)
