1. Introduction
1.1. In this report I will be outlining the project specifcaaon nor the chosen project “Computer
Crazy”. Within the project specifcaaono I will be outlining the nollowing: Aim on Project;
Project Scope; Stakeholders in the Project; Objecaies; Benefts and Success Factors;
Alternaaie Soluaons Considered; Recommended Soluaons; Constraints; and Risks.
2. Aim of Project
2.1. The aim on the project is to increase the sales and by that they want to increase their
customer base and fnd out what must be improie the markeang style on their business. By
thiso the business will neel that haiing their own website would beneft them as they would
be able to gain atracaon. Within their website they would want to haie an ecommerce
seriice with most on the business’s sales coming iia online purchases. Another aim on this
project is that the business wants to expand its business across the United Kingdom as they
only haie 5 shops in Middlesex/North London and a small warehouse as well as a workshop
in Harrow.
3. Project Scope
3.1. This project is to implement a website based on what Computer Crazy ofers i.e. computer
systems to purchase along with the computer specs giieno promoang games on the week as
well ofering games specially made nor computers/computer gameso giiing customers the
opaon to purchase their products they ofer. Moreoiero within this project the website
needs a membership registraaon embedded on the website nor customers to register.
