reason, there are large numbers of prisoners in prisons for different crimes. s. In Sri Lanka, it has
been identified that the major challenge facing by all law-enforcement and intelligence-gathering
departments, organizations to analyse the growing volume of prison data more accurately and
efficiently. When the volume of prison data becomes enormously large, new innovative approaches
have to be used to take appropriate actions after turn this data into valuable information. Previous
researchers show that the process which is using to extract the existing data from each operational
system is manual. Further, all the data are recorded in a ledger book manually.
