2) Sequentie van pSPORT1 (Copy – Past)
o File  New  Enter Sequence
o Klikken op “Oké”
o Sequentie wordt lineair voorgesteld, Hoe veranderen?
 Edit  DNA name, properties and annotations  DNA – information
 DNA – name = pSPORT1
 DNA is circulair


3) Sequentie circulair maken – visualiseren
o Sequentie wordt lineair voorgesteld, Hoe veranderen?
 Edit  DNA name, properties and annotations  DNA – information
 DNA – name = pSPORT1
 DNA is circulair


4) Invoegen annotaties
o Belangrijke annotaties:
 MCS
 Antibioticaresistentiegen

 6bp selecteren en Interrupted, Nonpalindromic,
Degenerated mag weg

o Info opzoeken op Genbank

o Hoe ingeven?
 Edit  Annotation  Add
