Spontaan wakker worden van houdingsgebonden Slapen heel de nacht door
pijn

Ochtendstijfheid Startpijn in de ochtend ( 30min, meestal maar 5-10
min), gaan met veel pijn slapen

Pijn neem af bij beweging Pijn neem doorheen de dag toe door belasting
