Person-vocation.
Person Job (dimension of fit)—ANSWER--How well does the person fit the job? Does their
intelligence and job knowledge fit the needs of the job?
Person Group (dimension of fit)—ANSWER--Does the person fit the teams and supervisors
interpersonal requirements and social norms of work style (communication,social expertise)
Person Organization (dimension of fit)—ANSWER--Does the persons values and beliefs fir the
organizational culture and its goals? Ex: anti smoking working at a cigarette company.
Person Vocation (dimension of fit)—ANSWER--Does the persons interest, abilities, and values
and personality fit the profession we are looking for.

Spatial (Types of Intelligences)—ANSWER--aka visual judgement. Involves the ability to
perceive, analyze, and manipulate 3D space, shapes, and images. People with this
intelligience like to use maps, paint, design.
Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence—ANSWER--Think athletes, dancers. Retains information
better by doing, building, or touching, rather than listening or seeing.
Musical Intelligence—ANSWER--Rythm and sound
Linguistic Intelligence—ANSWER--Has to do with writing, reading, and speaking
Logical Mathematical Intelligence—ANSWER--Math. complex calculations, identify patterns,
and investigate issues scientifically. Number smart.
Interpersonal Intelligence—ANSWER--Emotional intelligence, empathy, nonverbal ques.
IntRApersonal inteliigence—ANSWER--Self reflection. They easily understand themselves:
motivations, emotions, strengths, and weaknesses.
Naturalistic Intelligence.—ANSWER--Deep love for outdoors. Sharp attention to detail
regarding weather patterns, animal behaviors, and plant life.
Learning Styles—ANSWER--Visual: diagrams pictures, spacial arragements when note taking.
Auditory: Reads outloud, digitally records lectures.
Read/write notes.
Kinesthetic: uses all five senses to do the activity. Prefers labs and tutorials.
