Part One: Working Style
Taking this course I have been able to identify my working style as a
balance between explore and execute with an effortless energy level 1. The
four energy styles are explore, excite, examine & execute 2. The levels of
intensity reflect how an individual likes to focus most of their concentration.
The level of intensity I have for the explorative and execute energies are the
same and the most concentrated. The energy called examine I am most
reserved in, and lastly the execute energy I scored deliberate in. This means
that I am an independent concrete thinker that looks for results and
harmony. I believe that this assessment is pretty accurate. My strengths
include creating solutions and providing results. I am challenged when I
have the input of too many opinions and/or am operating under too many
rules. This is definitely telling in my daily life as I am both a creative person
and a get-it-done girl. I don’t like to be limited and I think my job as a float
, nurse reflects that. If I needed to collaborate with an individual on an
assignment I would prefer a person of an examining energy because they
would be able to reel me in, so to speak, when my ideas or efforts get a little
wild.
