, Part one: Working style
1. In the explore energy category, my level of intensity was deliberate used sometimes.
Excited was deliberate, used sometimes. Examine was effortless, used frequently. Lastly, execute
was effortless, used frequently.
2. One of my strengths, according to the 5 Dynamics reports, is that I am detailed and fact
oriented. My second strength is that I am goal and control-oriented. I find myself agreeing with
these results as I think that I am always efficient in my goals and prioritize the tasks that can help
me get there; I am also able to stay organized and have structure in my day-to-day life and work
life. These qualities also allow me to be accountable, reliable, and credible in my work and
personal life.
One of my challenges is that I can lose my energy level when something is not in my
interest, especially for tasks that are more geared in my day-to-day life. I will put in more effort
in other areas that I have an interest in and will sometimes have less in the areas that I should be
participating in. Another challenge is that I may lack the energy to start certain projects or
