What are signs of IPO?

Breathing difficulties (even when on the surface, not undergoing strenuous exercise) ,
confusion e.g signalling out of air when it's fine, or a belief that their regulator isn't working
properly.

What are the six treatment points for IPO?

Get out the water, sit upright if conscious, be given oxygen, kept warm, DO NOT GIVE FLUIDS,
seek medical attention.

100-120 bpm, remember to stop every 30 to admin get two rescue breaths

When doing CC, when should you stop to check breathing?

Only if it has obviously returned to normal, otherwise don't stop CPR until help arrives.
