Take precautions by avoiding crowds. Higher risk for developing certain cancers i.e. skin due to decreased immune response - monitor WBC- if it drops contact pysician - assess for thrush - can cause cytokine release syndrome!! (similar to anaphylaxis) PRETREAT w/ iv steroids
