what is important to know about ID badges? -if you forget it, you are unable to attend shift
-LOA greater than 2 weeks, must be returned
-is property of the site and must be returned upon exit

3. if there are 2 JHS already shadowing, you cannot shift on that floor
4. proceed home
5. email department coordinator and inform them of the change to reschedule
when is it appropriate to take a break? two four hour shifts back to back (30 min break)
when must a competency checklist be filled out? every rotation
