The Practice of osteopathic manual therapy is conducted through the osteopathic assessment
or anatomical deviations that are expressed by asymmetry, restriction of normal motion, tissue
texture change and subjective complaints (ARTS). These dysfunctional findings may effectively
interfere with proper bodily function of some or all body systems. The treatment of these

3. Influencing factors - What things like internal/external/knowledge affected my decision
making?
4. Could I have dealt with it better? - what other choices did I have and what were those
consequences
5. Learning - What will change because of this experience and how did I feel about the
